Our Fun Run was a great success thanks to the efforts of everyone to dress in a wide variety of outfits and the fact that the sun shone throughout. We made some handbags for our mothers this Mother’s Day. We tried to use colours and decorations that our mother’s would like!
We had so much fun learning all about Space. We imagined what it must be like for the astronauts who are going to live on Mars. We pretended we were those astronauts and designed our very own rockets and space suits. We also wrote postcards to our friends back home! Maybe one of us really will go there one day!
Ms. Whelan’s first class had great fun reading with Mrs. McKiernan’s fifth class on World Book Day! We can’t wait to do it again soon.
Happy Birthday to Katrina and Ms English who are celebrating their birthdays at the moment! We enjoyed some yummy chocolate cake.
Elaine came to visit us. She presented us with our certificates after we finished the Mighty Mouth Programme. We got to show off our brushing skills and sing our Winning Smile Rap.
