Fun at the farm!

We have been learning all about the farmer and the farm.

We read the stories ‘Farmer duck’, ”Dora’s eggs’, ‘The little red hen’, ‘The three little pigs’, ‘I love animals’, ‘The pig in the pond’ and many more!

We sang the songs, ‘The farmer has an orchard’ agus ‘Chuaigh mé go dtí an feirm’ as Gaeilge freisin.

We learned lots of new things about the farm during Aistear time.

You can see how much fun we are having below…

A big well done to our camogie girls who played so well last Thursday at Clonard pitch. We were narrowly beaten by Barntown and won against The Faythe. More importantly, we all had such fun. Many of our players were playing their first match. Keep up the practice girls, all the hard work since September is paying off!

Well done: Nicole Scallan (6th), Hannagh Hynes (6th), Aisling O’Sullivan (4th), Eve Scallan (4th), Annie Davis (3rd), Molly Donohue (4th), Ciara Carey (3rd), Amy Purdy (3rd), Lydia Browne (6th), Bronagh Reilly (4th), Chloe Maughan (5th) & Aoife O’Keefe (3rd).

We’re looking forward to the Rackard League now!
