WSPCA Cake Sale

Last Tuesday we held a cake sale in aid of WSPCA in our classroom. The upstairs classes came and spent their money on our delicious cakes.. we ate the leftovers and kindly donated some to the teachers. In total we made €157 for the WSPCA.

Sock Puppet!

For art on Friday we made sock puppets using old socks and various types of materials. Stay tuned for our puppet shows!

Chinese Cinderella

Our class novel was Chinese Cinderella written by Adeline Yen mah. We spent a few weeks reading it and working on written activities. We designed a diorama of various scenes from the book. All we enjoyed the novel!

Construction

Before the Easter Holidays our class experimented with recyclable materials and constructed the BFG’s cave. Our reader contained a story from Roald Dahl’s famous novel.
